BLS - Instructor-Led Training

In the Instructor-led course, students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing, training students to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Students also complete a written exam.

Course Content 

  •  High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
  • The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
  • Use of an AED
  • Effective ventilations using a barrier device
  • Importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR
  • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and  infants

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to cover all of the following important details needed.

Cancelation / Refund  Policy 
  • Reschedule- FREE up to  24 hours before class, then it is $25.
  • Refund- $25 cancellation fee up to 1 hour before class. No refund upon start of class.
  • Tardiness- Instructor reserves the right to turn away students 5 mins past start time.
  • All Online KeyCodes  - Refunds cannot be issued ( Online & Skill Test ) courses

  is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until EMS arrives. Skills covered in this course include how to respond to sudden cardiac arrest in adults. Some other skills you can expect in this course include:

 *High Quality Compressions 

 * Proper Breaths 

*Rapid use of AED

* Relief of air way obstructions 

 

Student will receive a 2 year digital card via email upon successful completion of course 

 

 

 

 

 

Heartsaver CPR, AED, & First Aid -

Family and Friends CPR 

The AHA's Family and Friends CPR course a video - base, classroom course intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR and prefers to learn in an instructor - led or facilitated group enviroment. This course is for people who do not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements. 

Family and Friends CPR is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, school and students, and others interested in learning how to save a life.

ASHI - First Aid is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives. Students learn duties and responsibilities of first aid rescuers; first aid actions for medical emergencies, including

  • Severe choking
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • Skills for managing injuries  
  • Environmental emergencies
  • External bleeding
  • Broken bones & sprains
  • Bites & stings.

ASHI CPR and  AED  is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills

  • Optional modules in child CPR and AED use and infant CPR, including child and infant choking

 ASHI CPR, AED and First Aid  Course helps students develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond. This first aid training program is an excellent choice for both the community and workplace setting, and conforms to the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines Update for First Aid.

HSI PEDIATRIC FIRST AID CPR AED

Based on the latest 2020 Guidelines, the goal of the HSI Pediatric First Aid | CPR AED training program is for participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in pediatric first aid and/or CPR AED for adult, child, and infant.

This program includes flexible instructional tools for developing proficiency via demonstration and prompted practice, including scenario-based problem-solving exercises with feedback.

HSI Pediatric First Aid | CPR AED reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and it conforms with the 2020 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the annual Guidelines Update
